Although the Orient Classic Automatic Black FAC0000DB0 men's watch has a movement developed in-house, the F6724 calibre, which winds automatically and allows manual winding (40-hour power reserve), it has a rather low construction height at 40.5 mm in diameter. The filigree stainless steel case harmonises with the narrow indices and the strictly rectangular hands. The fluted cylindrical crown fits in perfectly with this design, which is clearly inspired by the teachings of the Bauhaus. The unadorned design language finds fertile ground in Japan in particular. The land of the rising sun was and is the land of clean lines, of simplicity in the things of everyday life.
