Mechanical wristwatches and especially chronographs are very complex structures of precision mechanics. The straight plane is, or rather was, decisive for the construction of a chronograph movement with its complications. On the other hand, a man's wrist is curved or slightly rounded. With the Bulova Curv 96A186 men's chronograph, this discrepancy is a thing of the past. Not only the three-link stainless steel bracelet, but also the stainless steel case adapts to the curve of the wrist. To achieve this, however, Bulova's watchmakers and designers have not only modified the calibre and the case, but also the diagonally cut black dial and the sapphire crystal. The result is a men's chronograph with wide buttons for start-stop function to 1/1 second in the measuring period of 12 hours, which fits perfectly because it is perfectly adapted thanks to Curf technology from Bulova.
